Should the kids enroll in english training program?

Now more and more young parents send their kids to different interest programs, English included. It is understandable for parents to involve their kids in such extracurricular activities. They hope their kids can earlier familiarize themselves with English. Also some parents just follow the trend. In fact, the kids should be discouraged from joining in such programs. The reasons are listed as follows:
To start with, the Chinese kids already have too many burdens to take. The additional English learning undoubtedly pose much stress to their physical and mental well-being. The kids should live in a care-free enrivonment, in which they grow up without any burdens or trouble. Kids’ nature is innocent, pure and naughty. The adults cannot injure their personality by stuffing them with something they do not want and need. Let the kids revert to their nature.
Secondly, in some sense, the earlier English learning is started, the better the result. However, in our Chinese circumstances we should look at the matter in a different light. On one hand, we lack highly skilled teachers of English for Chinese kids; on the other hand, this kind of training often is ineffective and tend to pursue financial gains while ignoring kids’ needs.
Lastly, English learning might affect the acquisition of mother tongue. It great damages the growth of overall development. So why not belittle our own beautiful and great language. We may as well root in our own culture.

is it necessary for pupils to attend extracurricular English educating school? in my opinion，it is not necessary.
in fact I also agree that the language is an habit more than an knowledge and more speaking opportunities are necessary。At English educating school , children can play games in English, and all this should be guided by trainers, However,at primary school ,they have the same chance if English teachers have good responsibility and ability.Therefore,it isn’t necessary for pupils to attend an English educating school after school。The time is limited to attend English educating school after school. however good it is，pupil only get transitory practice at English training school after school ,more time pupil still stay at elementary school。For most pupils，if them receive normal education at primary school，them will have many chance to practise English. After class, it’s time for pupils to play games, to have fun and to do whatever they like. Although they need proper guide and education in their spare time, training class may not be the proper format. Extra study at extracurricular English educating school can give them extra knowledge, but not always bring them happiness.

Today , following with economy rapidly developed, the communication between country and people are more and more often, and English , a international languge,become more and more important , all this need us grasp English and master more and more techniques. Children is our's and our county's hope,whether we should let them take part in English training class? this become a hot topic in society .
     I think this is not necessory for children to attend training class,first of all, follow doctor's advice,children's body are not strong ,they should spend more time to resting instead studying.So our coutry forbit school to ask students attending training class. It is not good for us to ask them to hard work. Secondly, the capability of children's comprehension is limited,and they always do their best to study they likes,but they don't like to learn what they dislike ,If we force them study something they don't like ,they usually antipathy to study .Thirdly ,English can't be mastered quickly , English studying is a long time process and need grasp some skill, it is not to say that people who spend more time to study then he can speak English better.
   So in order to make our children master English , we should do first is to cultivate their interesting to English ,then we should tell them how to study English .It is said "people's fate is hold in his own hand".
