Another great bridge has been built acrossing the Yangtse River and connecting the Punan district and Fengxian district of Shanghai. It is the fourth great bridge that has been completed and is open to traffic after the Xupu great bridge, Nanpu great bridge and Yangpu great bridge and the first local government and some companies financing great bridge above the Yangtse River. The Fengxian county government, the departments of government of Shanghai concerned and local companies saved 446 million RMB and 19 monthes had been taken to complete the great bridge. The completion of the great bridge has set the problem of traffic across Yangtse River between Fengxian district and Punan region. It made the investment environment there better and provided foundation for the development of north shore of Hangzhou bay. The four great bridges mentioned above stand in the golden october in the sunshine of golden autumn, exhibit their grand postures and contract finely with each other. They add beauty to the super city-shanghai. It is believed that Shanghai will build more buildings across the Yangtse River to make the region of boths sides of the river much closer.

In October 1995, a new bridge, Fengpu Bridge, flew over the Huangpu River. It connected Punan district with Fengxian area and become the fourth bridge that open to traffic after Xupu Bridge, Nanpu Bridge and Yanpu Bridge. Fengpu Bridge is the first Huangpu River bridge which financed by the local organizations including Fengxian County, some city departments and enterprises. They collected about 446 million Yuan and completed the bridge in one year and 7 months. This construction solved the problem of crossing river which disturbing Pengxian county and Puman District for a long time. Meanwhile, it also improved the local investment environment and created a good foundation for the development of the north of Hangzhou Bay. In the golden Autumn, at Huangpu River bank , Xupu Bridge, Nanpu Bridge, Yangpu Bridge and Pengpu Bridge enhances with each other under the golden sunlight and increase a more eye-catching sight for Shanghai’s vitality and
charming as an international metropolis. In the future, Shanghai will construct more facilities across the river to link the both sides of Huangpu River more closely.

Fengpu bridge is the first bridge invested by local fund，Fengxuan county ,interrelated departments  together with corporations raising fund 0.446 billion yuan. It tooks 7 months and 1 year to build the bridge successfully. The bridge not only resolves the problem of coming cross river which distubing fenxuan and punan locality for a long time, but improve the enviroment of investment , build a good basement for the construction of the north bank of hanzhou bay. At Huanpu river side,actober in golden autumn, xupu,napu,yangpu,fengpu bridges bath in the gold winter sunshine,showing beautiful gesture, reflecting with  each other, add beautiful scene for vivid and charming shanghai cosmopolis. In the near future,shanghai will build more tools for crossing river,linking the two sides of pu river together moe closely!

In the gold autumn October, the both sides of the huangpu river, xupu, nanpu, yangpu and fengpu bridge were all bath in the sun shining, and each shows the absolute, hand over to reflect mutually, increased the more brilliant elegant appearance for this international metropolis that is filled with the source of vitality and magic power in Shanghai. In the future, Shanghai will still construct more over river's facilities, the two banks of the river link together more closely.

On october1995, another huge bridge has constructed flying over the river yellow pu river, connecting south pu and fengxian. It is fengpu bridge, which is the fourth vehicle-allowed huge bridge after the constuction of three former bridges---supu, nanpu and yangpu bridge. The bridge of fengpu is the ancestor which was built with local fundation, which is 446 million yuan collected by the relevant fields and corporation in fengxian city and suburban in only one year plus seven month. The bridge has solved the problem of passing between fengxian and south pu area which has annoyed the people in the two areas for a long time. In the meanwhile, it has also improved the investing condition in that area, of which it has made a fine first step for the development and construction of the area in the north coast of hangzhou wan.
   Xupu, nanpu, yangpu and fengpu bridge under the sunshine of golden time in autumn made their unique use and co-construbuted to add more beauty to the lively and charming city of shanghai by the bank of yellow pu river. The construction of the bridge solved the problem of passing the river between Fengxian and Punan which had exists for a long time and improved the investment environment of this area, thus laying a sound foundation for the development and construction of Hangzhou Bay.
   In October, the four bridges which were Xu-Pu Bridge, Nan-Pu Bridge, Yang-Pu Bridge and Feng-Pu Bridge were bathed in golden sunshine along the Huang Pu River, showed distinctive features and enhanced each other’s magnificence which added even more splendid elegance to Shanghai, a modern cosmopolitan city full of vigor and vitality.
