目的: 旨在挖掘拥有自主知识产权和应用前景明确的家蚕重要功能基因，克隆与蚕丝产业和品质改良有重要关系的重要功能基因。
Objective:Aim at the gene of important function of silkworm that excavates independent intellectual property right and using the prospect to be clear, clone and
improve the important function gene with important relation with silk industry and quality .

结果: 本实验成功扩增目的基因，并与表达载体pET-22b(+)连接组建重组表达质粒.
result: This experiment succeeds in increasing the purpose gene, and join , set up ,recombinate and express the plasmid with expressing carrier pET-22b (+) .

结论: 在表达细菌BL21中成功表达了新的蛋白，为后续进行该基因的功能研究提供了实验研究基础。
Conclusion: succeed in expressing new albumen among the express bacterium BL21 , this offer  the experiment  the foundation to carry on function research of gene for follow-up.
