精益生产方式是一种很好的提高企业竞争力生产方式,精益生产方式需要高素质的人才作为支撑,因此如何管理好员工,提高员工的技能,培养出更多的人才,直接关系到精益企业的整体发展,是精益企业最迫切需要解决的问题之一。
本研究将对实行精益生产方式的企业加以分析研究,研究如何通过改进员工管理、调动员工干劲去实现企业目标,从而为企业持续发展提供保证。员工管理是本文研究的核心问题,通过研究总结相关材料,弄清企业目前在员工管理上存在的问题,利用已有的理论和丰田公司的做法去分析这些问题,从而得出如何改善员工管理的方法,为我国实行精益生产的企业突破管理瓶颈,获得竞争优势提供帮助。
本文研究的创新点在于:(1)将员工管理从宏观,中观,微观三个层次来进行,研究其存在问题的原因并找到对策,可以更好的为企业的员工管理提供方法和思路;(2)本文提出了基于精益生产的员工管理模型,模型是通过总结企业在实践中存在的问题,并根据相关理论和借鉴成功企业的做法提出的,对于我国企业在推进精益生产时的员工管理有指导作用。(3)本文研究了学习型组织和精益组织之间的关系,并比较了两种组织的不同之处,通过分析学习型组织的特点和优势,提出了精益组织的发展方向,对于精益生产方式的进一步发展研究提供了新的视角。

Lean Production is a very good production system to boost the competitiveness of enterprises,meanwhile,lean Production is primarily based on high-quality talents.Therefore, how to manage the staff, to improve staff skills, to cultivate more talents, relates directly to the overall development of the lean enterprise .And is one of the most urgent problems faced by lean enterprises.
This paper will be focused on the implementation of lean enterprises and to study how to improve management of employees, employee motivation to achieve business goals, thus providing a guarantee for the sustainable development of enterprises.Staff management is the core of this paper, through the research summary of related materials, clarified the enterprise existing in staff management problems, to analyze these problems by using the theory and the practice of Toyota Corporation, thus draws the methods how to improve staff management, for China's enterprises to break through the bottleneck of lean production, to gain a competitive advantage to provide help.
The innovation of this paper lies in:
1,The staff management from the macro, meso, micro three levels to carry on research, the problems and find solutions, can be better for the management of employee provides methods and ideas;
2,This paper presents the staff management model based on lean production,obtained by summing up enterprises in the existing problems in practice, and according to the related theories and successful practices of enterprises in our country, the guiding role to promote the staff management in lean production.
3,This paper studies the relationship between the learning organization and the organization of lean production, and to compare the difference of the two kinds of organizational learning type organization, characteristics and advantages of the analysis, put forward the development direction of the organization of lean production, study provides a new perspective for further development of lean production mode.
