就是想问下，这个句子的用法是不是正确，尤其是that后面这部分的写法是不是正确？

记得以前好像有遇到过，后来被人问起，又拿不定主意。

suggest在这里做主句谓语，从句要用省略should的虚拟语气。楼上这句可以改成：
It is suggested that more attention be paid to the area.

it作为paying more attention to the area的替代，不可以么？

it替代的是整个that引导的从句。
