To swear or not to swear, that is NOT the question.

The question is how -- especially for a foreigner trying to learn English.

You spent years of efforts in learning English as a second language.

I wonder why there was none interesting at this topic. Don't you all know that the swear words are everywhere is the daily English conversation?

Talking of "fuck", I remember hearing of a very short story introduced by a friend, which goes:

A secretary left for honeymoon. A few days later, her colleagues in office received an electronic message, which runs:

Fucking busy, and vice versa.

Now please tell me what the secretary actually says.
