1、提高版面资源质量；

2、避免被大量资源刷屏，而交流帖子被压。

我觉得这样是不是会有个小问题，资源帖在一起，对某个的回帖不太方便，或许有点乱。

建议：分子版块管理。

希望本版越办越好，在这里学习提高。

这个办法操作有困难，而且会累死版主，出于好心不累死版主，会员干脆就不发资源帖了，肯定会这样的。
