A wonderful day in Wuxi.

Yesterday it was sunny and warm. We all thought it was the good time to have a short trip. After the internal discussion, our family decided to go to lake Tai in Wuxi city, where there is the most famous scene named Yuan Tou Zhu.

According to the infromation in the web, Yuan Tou Zhu means it likes a tortoise is swimming and having the water. If you have chance to overlook it, you can find, in the lake Tai, a great tortoise is floating, whose header and body are visible clearly.

Furthermore, there is a small island near the Yuan Tou Zhu, which is fairy island. Before the native called it as Three Mountains island, because three small hills are in the island. Our tour started from the island.

After about 15 minutes by water, we arrived at the fairy island. Maybe it was due to the first time to the island inside the lake Tai, the feeling was very good. The sunshine penetrated the cround and blazed the water in the lake and the slight wind fanned the lake to generate the golden waves. The scene gave us the real fairy feeling, which was that the people integrate into the nature. On my honset, I don't like the artificial scenes in the island. I like the natural, because it can't be find easily in the current city especially in Shanghai.

It took us about one hour to visit the fairy island. And then we came back the Yuan Tou Zhu. Most of the scenes in the Yuan Tou Zhu are man-made, some of which are historic sites. To me, it was more like one time exercises. We visited different scenes on foot, which are distributed everywhere. Some of them are in the hill, such us the Guang Fu temple, some of them are in the shore of the lake, such as the Yue Lao temple. Certainly the most famous is the stele of \"Yuan Tou Zhu\". It was builder about 100 years ago and it is the flag and symbol of the Yuan Tou Zhu.

At about 3:30, we finished our trip and went back. Although the time was short, we still got the great experience of the lake Tai. To the people who are always in the downtown, it is very healthy to visit the natural scene. As you see, the health is the most important.
