sorry my computer has been infected with virus and can't type in Chinese.
I want to say a few words about the second question. in regard to the principle of equal pay for equal work, it is very unlikely that you will suceed in Chinese court although this is frequetly litigated in the west based on equity.
in the west, this is deeply-ingrained that citizen are entitled to equal pay for equal position regardless of their sex, sex orientation, race, nationality. as such , it is to be expected pricing fixing managers assumig similar responsibilities of the same company shall be remunerated in an equal basis.
having said that, it is fairly costly for an individual to sue for disparity of wages, if he or she could make it to the court. the reason is that courts are weighing pursuing social fairness against interfering too much with freedom of contract, which is the crux of the market economy. |
