营业执照须知翻译

1. The Business License for Enterprise is the certificate of an enterprise as a legal person and its legal operations.

2. The Business License for Enterprise has two copies: the original and the duplicate which have the equal legal effect.

3. The original of The Corporate Business License should be laid up in an eye-catching place of the company's residence.

4. The Business License for Enterprise and its duplicates must not be forged, altered, leased, lent, sold or reproduced without permission.

5. Should any changes of the registered matters happened to the company, it should apply to the original department for the alteration.

6. The annual inspection to the company will be carried out from every Mar. 1st to Jun. 30th by the registered department.

7. After the Business License for Enterprise is revoked, no business activity is permitted except for liquidation.

8. For the logout registration, the enterprise should return the original and copy.

9. If the Business License is lost or damaged, the company shall announce it invalid in the newspaper and periodical designated by the company registration authority, and shall apply for a reassurance.
