讨论一句话的翻译

邻居给的一句话让我帮他翻译，没有上下文的两句很官僚的套话，主谓宾也不是很清晰
中译英常常是这种情况，汉语句子在翻译前似乎看懂了，在翻译时就糊涂了，主谓宾需要根据自己的理解去理顺

让老外能大致看懂是我的基本标准，这点基本要求似乎达到了。但我的译句自己也并非完全满意，似乎并不很顺，大家感兴趣的可以拿去翻译一下

最近论坛里这样讨论翻译的帖子似乎很少，大家多多讨论，肯定会有提高
