这种奶昔虽然是用机器制作的,但就其规模和包装毕竟算不上工业化产品。这种奶昔即使在常温下保存,保存期也能长达半年之久。因此,这种新型奶昔因新颖和独特的饮用方式很快风靡欧洲各国。 I love milkshake~~ When you think of milkshakes, you probably first think of the three regular flavors: chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. Well, if you're anything like me, you're probably tired of the same flavor. It's about time for a change!! 1 cup lowfat skim milk
1/8 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup frozen rasperries
1/4 cup frozen peaches
1/4 cup 100% orange juice
Banana Nut Cocoa Shake
This one is by far my favorite. Keep in mind, the walnuts are optional!
1 cup lowfat chocolate milk
1/2 cup banana slices
1/8 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
Blueberry Lemon Milkshake
This one is a little different. Most people are afraid to try it, but I promise, you'll love it! Bake some lowfat blueberry muffins with it!
1 cup lowfat skim milk
1/8 tsp vanilla
1/8 cup coconut extract
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp lowfat sweetener (if desired)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Chocolate Cherry Milkshake
If you like chocolate covered cherries, you're sure to love this amazing recipe!

It may seem a little bit strange, but really, it's good!
