Which way to go-the Real Estate in China

The most puzzeling thing for Chinese for the last years is real estate.
  Living in a country where state-owned enterprise has long took the postion of human life, in which people were cared about in every way, including their welfare and housing. But suddenly one day, the government said, yes, people, it's time for you to buy your own house from now on, and the cradal of cared children will be disassemble.
  Just hearing this, people have not got their mind. Many think that this may be something will be over soon and the government will come back to care them again soon after. But when seeing the price of real estate soaring so quick, some began to realize: the boss mean it.
  Of the price of China, it is really increadible. In just several years, it rised from no more than then several hundred yuan to more than ten thousand RMB Yuan per square. People find the more they wait, the less the hope for them to get a home. No matter how hard they worked and earned, it is really doubtful if they can afford to a balcony with their life's earnings. Most people began to be panic.
Luckily, from last year on, there seemed to be a sign for the real estate to slow down. For being not affordable to most, who will come to buy the houses. The market of houses is facing a falling down, but the price not much.
  According to some real estate sponsors, when the market of real estate began to fall, it's the time for Chinese economy to fall too. So some of them even post their words their the internet publicizing the views, hoping the government will come to their rescue. But have they ever imagined, when so many people in the society have not even a spot for hiding from the rain and storm just for their exploitation, have the government come to the rescue of these guys?
I think it's the time for the government to do something for the public. But not only for the rich. Mr. Deng Xiao Ping said to let some to be rich first to leading the others to be rich too. He never said the others deserve to be poor. Chance should face everyone equally. People has the to right to live happy and sound, they deserve a house, a preliminary condition for they to build up their life.
The cruel real estate developers and dealers, when you see my article, may you be mercy to the others, just think it over, when you were sour in your wrist by counting money, many are suffering from the lack of a sheltering from the rain.
The government should decide in which way should the real estate development to go--to few peole or to the majority.
