Part One of this collection is a one-hour documentary video on Mentalphysics, a course of Tibetan teachings on pranayama breathing exercises, meditation, and more. Mentalphysics was brought to the west in the early-mid twentienth century by Edwin John Dingle, an explorer who studied eastern esoteric teachings for several years in Singapore and Tibet.

Part Two of this collection contains over 22 hours of Mentalphysics teaching lessons narrated by its founder Edwin John Dingle, also known by his religious name Ding Le Mei. These exceedingly rare recordings are now available for the first time in MP3 audio format.
