  贵栏 有 例 句 说 ： I have read and understand the terms set out (as) above （ 上 述 条 件 我 已 看 过 ， 也 都 明 白 ） 。 那 understand 改 为 understood 可 不 可 以 ？
　　I have read and understand 等 于 I have read and I understand ， I have read and understood 則 等 於 I have read and I have understood ， 兩 个说 法 都 正 确 ， 但 说 understand 的 似 乎 多 一 点 。 現 在 式 understand 强调签署 文 件时 明 白 所 载条 款 ， 現 在 完 成 式 have understood 则强调「 已 经 明 白 」 。
  我想讨论的是I have read and understand 后面跟的是否是省略that 的从句，表达我看过也明白‘上述条款’，即'(that)set out (as) above '作为宾语 。或者是the term做宾语跟宾语从句（that）set out above .我是有点迷惑，但更倾向于后一种理解
