The Mascots of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games
Fuwa got their colors and inspiration(灵感)from the five Olympic rings. They will serve as the Official Mascots(吉祥物)of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. They will carry a message of friendship and blessings from China to children all over the world.
Designed to express the lovely features of five little children who form an intimate circle of friends, Fuwa also embody the natural characteristics of four of China's most popular animals which are the Fish, the Panda, the Tibetan(西藏的)Antelope(羚羊)，the Swallow(燕了)，and the Olympic Flame(火炬). |
