Handling Precautions and Guideline
For LIP(Lithium-Ion Polymer)Rechargeable Batteries
1. Charging current should be less than maximum charge current specified in the Product Specification
2. It is very dangerous that charging with higher voltage than maximum voltage (4.3v) may cause damage to the cell electrical, mechanical safety performance and could lead to heat generation or leakage.
3. Prohibition of reverse charging:
4. The cell shall be discharged at less than the maximum discharge current specified in the Product Specification
5.The cell shall be storied within -10℃~ 45℃ range environmental condition.
6. Don’t Fall, hit, puncture,bend battery body
7.Short terminals of battery is strictly prohibited, it may damage battery.
8. Never disassemble the cells
9.Prohibition of dumping of cells into fire |
