重视讨论分组前工作
在分组讨论前教师的科学准备与动员工作直接影响到学生参与活动的积极性。If teachers snake their intentions clear and make sure that these are understood, if they invest tasks and activities with personal significance, and if they explain clearly howperfortning such activities will be helpful elsewhere, thenpowerful motivating conditions are likely to be set. (Williams&Burden 1997:133)一旦学生理解了活动设计的初衷,了解了参与活动对自己的益处,尤其当他们认为自己有能力参与到某个有意义与趣味性的讨论时,他们即便有困难也会尝试着去参与。因此,教师的鼓励、对课堂管理的力度与科学性的活动设计对学生的参与态度起着举足轻重的作用。 |
