To live in this world, we need friends. To act in Internet, we need friends too.
Someone just think that they need not to obey the rules in the net. But have you ever considered the problem seriously what are you doing in the Internet? Of course you want to learn something or amuse yourself. So just keep in mind what you want and do the same to the others. Of course there is not such a forceful law through Internet as in the true world, there are moral standard. If you are rude to the others and the same will be done to you. You will find that you get nothing through the Internet, neither knowledge nor amusement. Because you have been marked and no one will come to your help. Of course you may change an Identity and change a role. But how long can a new ID last if you keep on doing the same things to the citizens in the net.
So just control yourself and be good to the other. To help the others is to help yourself. When the others do something good, don't forget to praise; when the others do something wrong, never score. Remember that anything good you did just rewards.
