Report on: New practices

Introduction
The purpose of this report is to suggest adopting two practices from ABC Co., Ltd.

Findings
It’s found that the sales of ABC Co., Ltd. are increasing year by year, and its scope gradually expands every year. The reason why ABC Company is so successful is that it provides employees with some good practices. The practices include corporation management, further education, promotion exam, market analysis, employee motivation and so on. Above these, further education and promotion exam are our weaknesses in management and need to be adopted.

Further education: company offers employee a chance go aboard for further education. It will provide staff a good environment for study. In the foreign country, our staff can study their good high technique and successful experience. This practice not only can improve staff capability, but also can promote company’s development.

Promotion exam: in one hand, though this exam, company can select talented person. This will bring new and good management team members. In the other hand, in order to obtain the good promotion, the staff will work hard.

Conclusion
It’s concluded that further education and promotion exam can be adopted in our company.

Recommendations
It’s suggested that our company can use ABC company successful practices in our management. I think two new practices may be helpful and viable for us.
