I mean, any single item among them.
How to express this in English briefly? \"The 7th or latter\"?

A:
Probably not.  Usage seems to vary with context.
If items are ranked in time, we say seventh or later.
If items are ranked by size, we say seventh or larger
(or smaller).
If items are spatially arranged, we say seventh or
farther.
