这种现象很普遍的，其实第一次很重要！
A long journey begins from the first step!
记住一句话：
I enjoy losing face; i enjoy making mistakes and i enjoy making progress!
Firstly, practise practise practise!!!!!!!!You may plan your answer clearly in your mind,and then just say it out loud and have everybody looking at you in envy!!!(哇哈哈气死他们!!)
Secondly,get a mirror and practise speaking english.
tell yourself: I CAN DO IT!! I AM THE BEST!!!
sometimes if you stare in the mirror long enough you will find yourself good...
Tirdly,now imagine yourself speaking fluently in english,don't you just love it??
or you can ask your friends to bet with you. that is, for example, if you didn't speak in class for at least 2 times today, you will have to pay your friend $5...(or $10 if you are rich...)and so on. or you can get a penfriend. this is a good way of improving your "sense" of english.
