北京市新的廉租房和经济适用房管理办法28日起实施，宣武区陶然亭街道207户住房困难群众有幸成为保障性住房政策调整的第一批受益人。那么，“经济适用房”怎么说呢？

She has lived with her husband and son at her parents-in-law's house - a shabby bungalow little more than 20 sq m - since her marriage 20 years ago.

报道中说，家住北京宣武区的田满素摇号分到了一套经济适用房。她说：“我特别高兴成为第一批受益人！” 田满素告诉记者，结婚20年了，她和丈夫、儿子以及公婆一家五口一直住在公婆的一套20多平方米的房子里，已经住了20年。

这里，“affordable house”就是“经济适用房”；廉租房可以说“low-rent house”。
