据公安部网站消息，中国信息网络安全事件发生比例连续三年呈上升趋势。安全事件的主要类型包括：感染计算机病毒，收到垃圾电子邮件，遭到网络扫描、攻击和网页篡改等。那么，利用计算机网络为平台实施的“信息犯罪”怎么说呢？

报道中说，中国信息网络安全事件频发，如病毒感染，黑客攻击，非法网络交易等，虽然网络信息安全监管部门加大了管理力度，反病毒专家分析称目前网络安全状况仍不容乐观，建议进一步立法打击信息犯罪并建立网络财产保护制度。

这里，“cyber crime” 就是“信息犯罪”，又称“网络犯罪”。
