The two has slightly different implications.
The proper answer is \"to\", or A, as basically, you want the other
person to read the letter to you, word for word (verbatim).
The other answer, C. for, actually means you want to other person
to read the letter first, then tell you what it says (not verbatim)
So the proper answer is A
