is there a word to describe having tea and pastries in the afternoon,
between lunch and dinner? and usually, how do say that in English?
I heard someone said tea break, tea time..etc. What if I have coffee instead
of tea? Should I then use coffee time, coffee break?

用 coffee 好像不行,因为喝下午茶是中国人(印象中香港人和上海人都有这习惯,我们这儿没有这习惯)的传统,咖啡只是后来传入中国的.

Students can take a coffee break with administrators
On Tuesday, students can enjoy hot chocolate, coffee and conversation with President Carol Cartwright and Pete Goldsmith, vice president for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs.

Give yourself a blessing each day and take a coffee break with God. You will find that your time with God will be blessed in ways that you cannot imagine.

Breaking upon the morn the sun says,
"Hello it's coffee time, I'll see you thru!"
Do you want to be amused, or do you
want to be drenched in coffee?

但 take coffee time 用得很少,好像只是日本人把这句子放在英语教科书中。
