China's strategy of global-market-oriented economy should be finally reflected in the implementation of the multinational operation strategy by its enterprises. In the fierce global market competition, it has become a primary consideration for multinational enterprises that how to adjust operational strategies to get the competitive edges. Chinese enterprises should adapt themselves to the new situation home and abroad, establish and improve multinational operation strategic systems with their own characteristics by referring to the existing experience of success and failure of multinational enterprises.

Taking BenQ Corp. as an example, the author conducts an analysis and study on its several significant cases in its multinational operation and proposes some opinions and suggestions for multinational enterprises on how to avoid some operational troubles and adjust operational strategies for more international competitiveness.
