Danny推荐的瘦身饮食十招，最后一条“slow down...”，说是需要放慢进食的速度。
然而看到这个词，最先跳入脑海的，却是几年前看到的一首诗——Slow Dance，放慢生活的舞步。
在快节奏的都市生活中，疲于奔波的我们，有多久没有放慢自己的脚步，享受生活中点滴的快乐呢？
