  本系统充分利用现有资源，使用现有的ASP邮件组件和免费电子邮件的服务器进行邮件发送。并且可设置多个邮件服务器。收信电子邮件可以分类添加，并且可以单个添加和批量导入。添加的电子邮件地址，系统自动进行有效性判断。系统实行授权用户身份认证，并且有系统安全日志，可以记录管理员的每次登录IP。有效保证了系统的安全可靠。

In this thesis the basic principles of e-mail system is discussed, the theory and function design of e-mail listserv are introduced and analyzed, and a practical mailing list server for the group sending based on ASP technology is designed. The mailing list server uses the ASP and JAVA script technologies and is developed with standard version of Windows 2003 and Macromedia Dreamweaver 8. The TABLE layout and CSS style description are used so that the best browser compatibility can be obtained. Special efforts are also given to the design of the background database using ACCESS. As a result, the present mailing system can be used in common computer operation systems and environments without installation of a database system.

The present mailing system can make a full use of existing resources. It works with existing mailing components of ASP and free e-mail server for e-mail sending. A number of mail servers can be set up in this system. The addresses of received e-mails can be categorized, and can be added individually or with batch import process. The validity of the e-mail addresses to be added will be judged by the system automatically. To guarantee the safety of the system, the system uses a user authentication technique to authorize user for managing the system and sending e-mails, and the logins as well as their IPs will be recorded in the system security log.
