2- Please find attached the BOM. All model name need to be renamed to Flex P/N and all other parameters to be populated per the BOM.
5- P/N: MPL-00019501 (HEAT SINK) is a modified purchased part. Attached purchased part drawing (e1360.pdf).
a. Please use ordinate dimension using the transformer mounting hole location and the flat top surface as you reference coordinate (0,0,0).
b. Set the top flat surface as reference plan (A) with geometrical flatness tolerance of .25mm
c. Set the gasket recessed flat surface geometric tolerance of flatness of .25mm and parallelism to (A) of .25mm with least material condition.
d. Add a dimension between the centerline of the two middle fins (20.82mm) as a REF. dimension as this dimension is coming from the extrusion.
e. I need this drawing ASAP as soon as it is done as this part has a long lead time.
7- MPL-00019532 drawing should be a flat pattern drawing.
8- P/N: MPL-00019524 (Heat Sink, Max Extrusion) is a modified part. Only the three holes and spot faces were added.
9- P/N: MPL-00019511 should be completely sealed as the assembly is NEMA 4x sealed. That means that parts will be aligned with the 3.3528 diameter holes, then elements will be spot welded and finally a fillet weld is need on the outside. Outside six brackets are only spot welded.
10- All tool holes (3.3528 diameter) are to be filled and grind flush.
11- P/N: MPL-00019542 and MPL-00019543 need to fillet weld corners and grind flush as well.
12- I will need all models after being renamed with their Pro/E drawings uploaded back to the FTP site to be accessible for me for minor changes. |
