In, 2006, the Panel Plant’s ccpm was unimproved over the prior year by 31%. That is, we had 31% more unhappy customers than we did in 2005. We set the overall goal of rebuilding our quality efforts by going back to the basics in root cause problem solving and making sure that we incorporate a solution that we are then going back and auditing to make sure it continues to give us the results we expect. Overall this year, we are tracking to an almost 21% improvement rate over last year with the Terrace/Align factory leading the way with a 48% overall improvement
