其实本就一句很普通的句子，再结合行业知识，可以定个大致的意思
然后结合中文表述习惯，基本就可以翻译出来

但这里我并不赞同14楼的正确解答，“转型”词未必就正确，我想须结合上下文才能确切地定出，是转型还是转折或者转变，或者跃进等。。。
