3. Your files will be hosted indefinitely with the following exceptions:
- Anonymous Uploads: your file has not been downloaded for a period of 4 weeks.
- Registered User Uploads: your file has not been downloaded for a period of 8 weeks.
Live-Share.com will no longer host the file for you.
Bandwidth Use
We reserve the right to remove or disable any file which is in use of excess amounts of bandwidth; whereas the definition of "excess" will be decided by our sole discretion; so as to keep this a free & reliable service to our users. We also reserve the right to block whole domains and/or IP addresses with regards to the proceeding. Furthermore, a bandwidth limit may be imposed on individual files and/or domains/IP Addresses where once this limit has been reached for a period of time the file will be disabled until the new period begins (most likely the start of the next day).
