press vs push

如果是比较小的按钮 一根指头轻轻按就可以的 我会比较倾向用 \"press\"
比如说有一句话 常用来表现反差对比的 \"with the press of a finger ......\"
而如果是一个较大的按钮 像是一些大型机械器具紧急停止纽等等 我才会比较顷向用\"push\"
press 有一点 \"持续施压\" 的意意思
而push的感觉比较倾向于 \"推动\" 的意思
For example, press the wound if it is bleeding,
or to push the car out of mud, but no one would say press the car out of mud.
