“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,培养具有较强实际动手能力和职业能力的技能型人才”,是职业教育办学的基本方针,
“Taking service as aim, employment as direction, to train the skilled brain with quite strong practical and professional abilities” is the basic policy that the vocational education should follow.
大力开展职业教育实践教学体系建设是高职人才培养的基本途径。
It’s the basic way of training higher professional brain to greatly develop practical teaching system construction of vocational education.
但目前此项工作尚存在着面上号召多、实际措施少,不同地区、不同行业、不同院校与专业的进展差距着不同差距。

因此,在普遍研究的基础上抽取共性,建立具有典型意义的不同类型的实践教学体系建设的研究,使林业院校各专业共享成功的经验,是林业高职教育办学水平共同提高的要求。当然各管理部门也应当创新管理体制,整合各方面力量,对林业高职高专教育所面临的形势和存在的问题进行充分的分析,不断完善政策法规,加大经费投入,改革完善林业高职实训基地办学管理体制与机制,促进林业高职教育的建康发展,培养面向社会发展、经济建设一线的应用型高级专门人才,推动社会经济的全面进步。
