摘要
林业不但是一项重要的社会公益事业,还是一顶重要的基础产业,承担着生态建设和林产品供给的重要任务,事关全面建设小康社会和可持续发展的战略全局,事关中华民族伟大复兴的长远大计。“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,培养具有较强实际动手能力和职业能力的技能型人才”,是职业教育办学的基本方针,大力开展职业教育实践教学体系建设是高职人才培养的基本途径。但目前此项工作尚存在着面上号召多、实际措施少,不同地区、不同行业、不同院校与专业的进展差距着不同差距。这里面的原因很多,当前突出的问题是实践教学体系建设理论研究滞后、典型经验不足、运行机制缺乏,由于政策、环境、资源等的限制,有关实践教学体系建设的实践探索本身进展缓慢;虽然在某些学校、某些专业开展了实践教学体系建设的实践,但大都仅仅停留在经验层面上,远没有形成有指导意义的理论,没有形成可资借鉴的实践教学体系建设结合的模式。由于林业高职院校大部分是在中专基础上独立升格为高职学院的,在这方面我国林业高职院校研究的更少。因此,在普遍研究的基础上抽取共性,建立具有典型意义的不同类型的实践教学体系建设的研究,使林业院校各专业共享成功的经验,是林业高职教育办学水平共同提高的要求。当然各管理部门也应当创新管理体制,整合各方面力量,对林业高职高专教育所面临的形势和存在的问题进行充分的分析,不断完善政策法规,加大经费投入,改革完善林业高职实训基地办学管理体制与机制,促进林业高职教育的建康发展,培养面向社会发展、经济建设一线的应用型高级专门人才,推动社会经济的全面进步。

   The

basic method for talents training of high vocational college is to strengthen practice teaching system construction of

vocational education(原为It is the basic ......). At present, there is much vocation (原为avocation),

but few practice. There are differences among (原为between) different region, different fields,

different colleges and different majors. There are many reasons;  the lagging of research on the theories of practice teaching system construction, insufficient (原为not enough) typical experience or scanty implement

mechanism is the obvious problems at present. The exploration for the practice teaching system construction is slow because of the limit in policies, environment and resources (原为limited by policies, environment and

resources). Though The practice teaching system construction has been launched in some colleges and some majors , most of them just have a litter experience, far from forming directing theories, not to mention valuable modes. Most of the forestry vocational colleges are promoted independently from technical secondary schools; there is less research on practice teaching system construction. Explore the commonality above general research; establish different kind of practice teaching system that is typical. 1、第一句和第二句的因果关系没有翻译出来。

2、第一句的后半句,“在这方面我国林业高职院校研究的更少”中的“在这方面”,似乎是指前半句“高职院校大部分是在中专基础上独立升格为高职学院的”这方面情况。

3、Explore the commonality above general research; establish different kind of practice teaching system that is typical.分号前后的两部分都不是独立的句子。

Finding the commonality based on general research, establishing different kinds of practice teaching systems with typical meanings, and all the majors in the forestry schools sharing the successful experience are the demands for promotion of the level of forestry vocational education.

4、当然各管理部门也应当创新管理体制,整合各方面力量,对林业高职高专教育所面临的形势和存在的问题进行充分的分析,不断完善政策法规,加大经费投入,改革完善林业高职实训基地办学管理体制与机制,促进林业高职教育的建康发展,培养面向社会发展、经济建设一线的应用型高级专门人才,推动社会经济的全面进步。
   这句中的“当然”,觉得可以译成“除了以上这些”。

Besides these, management departments should innovate administration systems, integrate all the available powers and resources, thoroughly analyze the situation and problems in the forestry vocational education, improve policies, increase investment, reform and  improve the management mechanicsm and system in forestry vocational education practical training base, promote the forestry vocational education to develop healthily, then cultivate advanced talents which face the development of society and the front of economic construction, and promote the improvement of social economics entirely.
