GParted LiveCD是一种非常小巧自启动运行光盘，采用X.org，轻量级的Fluxbox窗口管理器，以及最新的2.6 Linux内核建构。其中包含的GParted硬盘分区工具，作为系统维护盘非常有用。

Update kernel to 2.6.19-r5 and parted to 1.8.2.
So far parted 1.8.2 was crashing, but seems to be stable ! Anyway, please consider this is for testing only !
Update syslinux file to add options at boot prompt when booting off USB
Adding video mode options and drivers, accessible from \"F2\" menu at boot prompt.
Hardware detection has been improved. Ntfs3g was borken since using kernel 2.6.19 : this is now fixed.
Please, report any bug you can find about hardware detection. THX !
Added  missing tools called xxd ! It made XP failed after moving ! Xxd is used to modify the bootsector of the ntfs moved partition and allows this partition to boot inspite of the move !
Mtools added and some basic updates. 礗t is now possible to set label on \"fat\" file system.
ATM only  by hand; will be enable in GParted, asap.
You need to edit /etc/mtools/mtools.conf (using mc), make the changes you need/want, save and quit, then run the following in a terminal:
mlabel  X:new_label
where X is the letter you have set to the right /dev/device.
Then your FAT partition is labeled.
Areca RAID support
Linux kernel 2.6.19-gentoo-r4, ntfs3g updated.
Video driver NV, mtools and hexedit added.
Raid support added, and i810 video driver
May be installed on usb stick!
