It's a difficult problem. With years passing by, we become more and more puzzled. The elder we are, the more secrets we have. We call it \"secret\" not because it's really a secret, a thing only belongs to ourselves, but something we can not share with some people else. Perhaps, if let out, all the good relationship will break up, leading to a embarrassing situation. However, if you conceal everything, you’ll make yourself isolated from others.
Then hoe to decide to which degree we could have our secrets? It’s confusing.
First, we should not have ideas that could do harm to others. It’s forbidden. Those ideas are not secrets, but evil things. Second, we should judge what “secret” means a lot to others but nothing to us. We could let those “secrets” out, which maybe bring great information for others and promote their benefits. Third, if something means a lot to you but nothing to others, you could keep it a secret forever. For example, maybe they’ll be jealous of you for what you have got in competition. Hence you’d better bury such secret in deep heart. |
