Everyone is entitled to have his great ambition and dream,but what is importnt here is the person's ability to make a dream come true. Even if your dream is realized,are you able to achieve the next level of success? When a dream is shattered, without the ability to achieve success, nor the ability to make a turnaround, will you lock yourself in an emotional ch spin? No matter how knowledgeable and successful a person is, he has to cope with various hardships in life. Though I am rlatively successful in my careers,there are times when I can not realize my dreams, I can not achieve my goals and I can not speak out. Theree are times when I am filled with fury and discontent. When I feel sad, I also weep.
Life is a big, complicated and fickle process. We use IQ including analysis,calculation and reasoning to solve many problems; We use EQ including understanding and self-control to face problems; We use SQ including aspiration for excellence,values and self-upgrading to go beyond problems. In my personal experience, promoting the above 3Q is necessary. IQ, EQ and SQ are all important. Professional knowledge enables us to work in all kinds of trade; Understanding of others and ourselves strengthens team spirit among families, schools and organizations. Soul searching drives us to explore values and meanings, transfer experience into wisdom and keep composure in both good times and bad times. I think the key to my success is diligence, thriftiness, persistence and good relationship with others. Every time I am in adversity, I ask myself \"Can I cope with it?\" Never look down upon small rivers... the can form the Yangtze River. |
