In October 1995,there was another bridge over huangpu river, which joined PuNan to FengXian,and this bridge was called FengPu bridge which is the fourth one after the other three bridges that were XuPu brige and NanPu brige and YangPu bridge had been built up.
  FengPu bridge was built up only in 1 years and 7 months and its investmen capital completely comes from the local government—some concern one of FengXian xian and ShangHai and some industries raise funds up to 0.45 billion RMB together.
  The complete of this brige does resovle the demand for crossing over the huangpu river which had disturbed the FengXian and PuNan district in a long time, and reformed the investmen environment of these districs,and maked it convenient and good for developing the north bank of HangZhou Bay.
  At the huangpu river banks in golden fall,  posed in the golden sunshine with their shine reflect each other,the four bridges that are XuPu bridge, NanPu bridge, YangPu bridge and the FengPu bridge superinduce  more dazzling and elegant demeanor to the metropoliton city--shanghai which is filled with vital force and fascination.
  Soon,in the future, there will be much more crossing river establishments in shanghai  to join closely the two sides of huangpu river.
