好像是有这么个意思。反正说的是此人骨瘦如柴，膝盖骨不成比例的高高隆起前突。

他比我想象的还要瘦，膝盖骨把裤子顶的有棱角（就是骨瘦如柴），我真不敢相信 他这样还能把谁抱离地面（把人抱起来）。

不知道 是不是这么翻译？
