一道选择题:

答案是B,请问为何不选C?

区别如下:
none指前文谈及的某一范围、类别内的同一事物。选B的意思是:there is no more tea left. 茶没有了。下面是Longman对二词的解释:

NOTHING: not anything or no thing
NONE: not any amount of something or not one of a group of people or things
   1. I wish I could offer you some cake but there's none left.
2. Although these were good students, none had a score above 60.
3. Even an old car is better than none.
4. Even an old car is better than none

没有一个:属于特指, 没有一个

nothing,

not anything, 属于泛指, 什么也没有,

意思根本就不样,

个人认为:

none应该是指没有这个东西了,有特指的意思; 而noting是指什么都没有了,有泛指意思。

译: 我想来点茶。
— I'm sorry, there is __ none ____ left.
    译:对不起,这里已经没有茶了。(none 是指茶这个东西没有了)

如果用noting:
— I'm sorry, there is __ noting____ left.
译:对不起,这里什么都没有了。(nothing泛指任何东西都没有了,这样翻译就不适合了,原意只是说茶没有了,并没有说杯子没有,其他饮料没有,或者说其他东西没有。)
