A spelling mistake made me confused!

Last night, I read a passage in a book editted by Zhang Chenfeng. In it, there're two sentences

There are other substances the body produces in the course of muscular activity. These are

known as \"fatigue tosins\". As a matter of fact, this is a simple

sentence! But how to understand the phrase \"fatigue tosins\"?

Or how to translate it here? I looked \"tosin\" up in lots of English dictionaries, including many

online dictionaries, to my disappointment, there was no result at all. So I wondered if that

word toxin had been printed into tosin here!

That's so! Please look at the following quotation:

toxin

noun

a poisonous substance, especially one which is produced by bacteria and which causes disease

(from Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary)

Therefore, the phrase\"fatigue toxins\" can be understood \" some poisonous substances of tiredness\". D you agree with me? if you like, please say something about it. thanks a lot!
