The second one was a recent Advertising from “Rogers” for their newly developed “Wireless modern” enables users just ‘plug into any power outlet, then you may enjoy the high-speed connection wherever you go as easy as at home or office.’

Very generally, the technology developed in the last two centuries has brought magnificent impact on our lives and changed the business in the world today. More than that, it still on going at astonishing speed and has turned the education of managers into a life long process to learn the new business and leaving exciting room for new explorations.  

Some people overwhelmed by the overflow of information and the fast development of technology. However, Positive speaking, the electronic technology or information technologies not only bring all the business competitors together in this ever shrinking world but also make new business opportunities and provide means and equip us to solve the problems.

Automation and Computerization has made some business activities simple. Customer Service; Marketing Survey and researching; cooperate mass mailing system to announce company’s new product line; clients data base; internal E-mail system; including numerous new businesses are now facilitated by the computer technology. The influence of IT technology on business are limitless, a great number of new business doings are still merging in the various areas.

Various business problems can be solved with the assist of IT technology taking Business communication as an example. The complex task as business communication can be fulfilled with proper policy decided; internal and external channels set up; Mailing system installed; technical equipments to be renovated; computer specialists to be hired; communication skills training to be rendered for staffs.  

The IT technology offers many possibilities for ensuring the smooth information flow in and out of the company. Nowadays, it would be impossible and unimaginable that a company can be run without smooth channels of information access. As it is in the battle field, the communication, and information sharing; and better usage of information technologies has become a decisive matter for the business development.

So to end shortly, in encountering with ever changing business situations, overloaded information flow and overwhelming complex in the global environment, managers are required to be smart in learning all the necessary new development in the information technologies, as well as those newly developed devices as to combat the all sorts of problems.
