]  A brand new year has been coming toward us. What is your plan to shape this year about work and life?
Although I used to hold loose to the annul changes many times, this year is a little different, I feel. What happened during the last two year had relative strong effects on me, in many aspects, which changed me a lot. On the same day two years ago, it is no way for me to imagine the protean, upside-down experience I ever went through.
Everything will past, no matter positive, or negative. All kinds of life will become fortunes for us. That is one of the most driving forces for a person. It is important.
Today is the New Year’s Day. Yesterday a friend asked me, ‘hi, guy, Satedy is the new years day. what is your plan for it, do you want to find something interesting to do?’. Oh, no, I just want to stay alone, to have some spare time, to digest my experience.
Everyone seems very busy nowadays. This is a hectic age, more things waiting for you, and less time for thinking. We always occupied by various activities, which seems an overwhelming trend in this world. Many people think our country is more active, and full of hope than ever. But we also lost many precious traditions.
Of course, I will find some outdoor activities, to see young people, like me, to see active children, to see couples, and students, all these will bring me back to the real life, and I should prepare many things for this new year. Life is important, work is, too. The New Year gives us new stage to bring our hope, expectation, and dream and to accomplish them.

New year, new idea, new plan, new opportunity, and new life, is coming. Let’s go![/hide]

A child is expecting a new year. A young man is celebrating a new year. But to me, a middle-aged man, facing the coming new year, I don’t know what to say and what to do. Just as usual, I have to make a new year’s resolution and then, after one month or so break it? No, it cannot be the thing done by the persons like my age.
Maybe I should be more realistic, and make my goal attainable. Maybe I should understand the sentence better: Gold can be bought, exchanged and stored, whereas time, once slipping away, cannot be regained. Maybe I should …
But one thing is certain: It is never too old to learn. Constant learning can make people more learned and experienced so that they can suit the changing world better. As for grown-ups, even the aged, learning is important as well. Although we have studied something for many years, and have learned a lot already, there are still some experiences and laws summed up or discovered by our predecessor for us to learn. Thus, we must be aware that we should stick to learning throughout our lives.
Sometimes we hear our elders remark about our young people, “Youth always wasted on the young.” What they principally refer to is youth’s lack of awareness of time’s passage. What wise advice! If we waste our youth, we will never regain it. If we treasure it, we can say when we become old that the days of our youth have been spent to their fullest.
Christopher Morley says, “There is only one success to be able to spend your life in your own way.” I should spend my life in my own way, and every one should spend his life in his/her own way.

The beginning of spring is a logical time to start a new year. After all, it is the season of rebirth, of planting new crops, and of blossoming. January 1, on the other hand, has no astronomical nor agricultural significance. It is purely a starting for my life. i should dovote myself to test.just do it. i convice that dream it ,do it ,and have it.

Traditionally, it was thought that one could affect the luck they would have throughout the coming year by what they did or ate on the first day of the year.

When I recite this poem, I know the new year is nearing to us. In the coming time I have two hopes as follow: the first is that I wish my country will be stronger and stronger, richer and richer. a famous president in U.S had ever said: do not ask what your country can do for you, but ask what you can do for your country. Yes I am nobody, I only do a litter thing for my country, however I will try my best. The second hope is that our  mothers have a good health. Life is nothing but a series of crosses for us mothers. My mother used to say, "He who angers you, conquers you!" But my mother was a saint. No matter how old a mother is, she watches her middle-aged children for signs of improvement. She was the archetypal selfless mother: living only for her children, sheltering them from the consequences of their actions -- and in the end doing them irreparable harm. when  we are welcome to our excitements, I hope my country and my mother long live, long live ………because of them, my life is worth living[/hide]

    Few days ago,there was a very very heavy snow in Dalian.The people said that it was the heaviest snow in the recent 50 years.Snow means luck.It is a best auspice.And the snow fell with best wishes,also cleaned away unpleasant things.So we can forget the worse matters which have given us a big beat.We also will remember the happiest period when we have enjoyed ourselves.In fact ,the enjoyable snow brought us a big present.I am a graduate student in DLILI.And it is the period of teaching evaluation between 3th December and 9th December.Ｍaybe  God bless our school .The second day ,he did us a great favor.
     Ice-cold wind with heavy snow flaped the ground.Instead of mussy grass and yellow leaves,the white holy gauze covered our mother-land.Couldn’t fight back the cold ,kinds of lifes shrinked in their warm home from outside.Only the human beat the cold winter,enjoy themselves in the white happy world, heaping beautiful snowman, having a snowball fight.And in our universty ,we are still outside.But we have no time to play with the snow ,busy in cleaning the schoolyard with kinds of tools , such as shovels, besoms,and so on.The passion of the students and teachers fought off  the cold air,and also moved the professors who came here for the evaluation.At last, we got a good result.We succeed in the battle.
    So I think during the past year,our school had a excellent year.As a member of it,it meas that we also had a good one.And we also met our french friends who became our roommates.We already spent a happy month with them.We learn a lot of things from each other.Best wishes to our good french friends and ourselves in the new year.No matter How bad things we have ever had in the last year,no matter what a stupid thing we have done during that year,and no matter why  we have felt sad ,it is already passed,it belongs to past.Don’t forget happy things,but no remember unpleased matters.New year gives us good start.Good start leads us to success.Happy New Year!Not only to us ,but also to other people in the world![/hide]

The year of 2006 has come. It is very important for me because I will get my master's degree this year if all right. Every time I recall that I left my job 2 and a half years ago a strange passion happens to me. It's a professional design institute in Tianjin. It mainly does design work for electrified railways, focusing on the power supply system. I have met many good friends there with whom I still have frequent contact. Well, for some private reason I felt I had to leave.
Now I have one and a half years' study in my graduate study. Soon I will face with the fierce competition in job-hunting. I understand getting an idealistic job for this time is not an easy thing. However, I have the confidence that I can get a job to my satisfaction.
I'm preparing my thesis now. Till now I have not got a clear idea about what to write. My tutor is a kind man who is patient but serious. He is urging us in our jobs though not many words said. I have read some foreign articles about my research subject. Others say that I may choose to "learn from" some foreign article since English is not so hard for myself. I don't know if it is good or if it can work. Anyway, I will continue my research and speed it up.
Here is 2006 now, a new year and a new beginning. I really hope I will graduate successfully and get a job I like. Where there is a will, there is a way. I do believe in it.[/hide]

Although sometimes we may quarrel with each other,we love deeply each other.I love my wife and I am willing to be her companion for ever. Another exciting thing is that we owned our house. My wife and me both graduated only for a year.In the city,we have an ordinary job and work in an ordinary coroperation. Having our own house is our dream. We made our mind to buy the house because the price increased rapidly. We had rathter pay our salary to loan that the rent of house. With our parents' assistance, our dream became true.In the next year, I have two wish.One is that I can got the certification of English Translation.I like English Translation.And I have more spare time.The other is that my wife can got the master degree.I think she can succeed with her arduousnes  and my love to her.[/hide]
