What’s the better answer to the sentence “How much TV do you watch every day?”

I watch TV for about two hours a day.
I watch two hours of TV a day.

Which is more idiomatic way in which foreigners usually speak?

More idiomatic way?
I just know the first one——"I watch TV for about two hours a day." seems more common to Chinese.

Yeah, more idiomatic way.
As you, I prefer the way ——"I watch TV for about two hours a day."
However, in Oxford English book, the way "two hours of TV" appears.

I just don't get it.

Maybe consulting foreigners or those who have overseas living experiences directly is a better way to tackle this problem.
