In modern society, to stay up become more and more prevalent, such as my Guangzhou classmate often say their life in night, they play to 2 AM and sleep to 10 AM, meanwhile more and more student study in all night and sleep in daylight, but I think that to stay up is bad for your health.
I often stay up for study or internet and so on in past, next day my body feel to bad, as catch a cold, I regain energy to need long time, when the body become weakness, it is becoming easily to get sick.
I feel that the many people do not like to stay up in any situation, they are stay up for work or study, in modern society, competition become more and more intension, if you want to survive in modern society, then you must take pains to work or study more knowledge. For me, I am a teacher, I work 15 hours in everyday for students, it is very bitterness, I do not want to this bitterness, but I must take pains to work, or else I will lose this a work.
There are a word “The Second Health” in modern society, I think that to stay up can cause “The Second Health”, so, for our health, we are supposed to go to bed early. |
