伊朗：核燃料计划无谈判余地 (Iran Says Atomic Fuel Work Not Negotiable)

伊朗说，在其有争议的核项目问题上，伊朗不会就提炼浓缩铀的权力进行谈判。伊朗政府发言人埃尔哈姆星期一在德黑兰对记者说，伊朗有权拥有已经获得的技术，不会就他所说的伊朗拥有的毫无疑问的和绝对的核权力进行谈判。

美国、法国、德国、英国、俄罗斯以及中国就伊朗终止核燃料浓缩的一揽子激励措施达成一致。伊朗外交部发言人阿赛菲星期天在德黑兰举行的记者会上表示，计划中的某些部份是可以接受的，但是其它一些部份含混不清或不能接受。他没有说德黑兰认为哪些地方不能接受。

国际原子能机构星期一在维也纳召开35国理事会议，讨论伊朗局势和其它的核问题。

Iran says it will not negotiate over its right to enrich uranium as part of its controversial nuclear program.

Government spokesman Gholam Hossein Elham told reporters in Tehran Monday that Iran has a right to the technology it has obtained and will not negotiate over what he called the country's obvious and absolute nuclear rights.

The United States, France, Germany, Britain, Russia and China have agreed on a set of incentives for Iran to suspend the enrichment of nuclear fuel. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Hamid Reza Asefi said Sunday some parts of the plan are acceptable, but other parts are ambiguous or unacceptable. He did not say which points Tehran found unacceptable.

The International Atomic Energy Agency opens a meeting of its 35-nation board Monday in Vienna to discuss the Iran situation and other nuclear issues.
