　美俄罗斯石油生产巨头尤科斯表示，将从9月28日起暂停对中国石油天然气集团公司(China National Petroleum Corporation., 简称CNPC)日10万桶的石油供应，相当于中国原油日进口量的6.5%左右。据悉，两家公司之间的石油运输主要通过铁路实现，成本相对高昂。尤科斯表示，此次暂停运输的原因是公司无力预付运费及出口关税。由于拖欠税款70亿美元，尤科斯的多数银行  帐户及资产已被冻结。新华社报道如下：Yukos faces billions of dollars in back tax claims and company officials say it is \"close to bankruptcy.\" Most of its bank accounts and assets have been frozen by the Russian government.
