Senior System Analyst

Responsibilities:

1.    As part of the project team, the incumbent will be a technical analyst for the remittance and settlement (R&S) global tool project.

2.    Participate in writing and reviewing the solution specifications (SRS and NFR).

3.    Managing the functionalities traceability matrix: (SOP, Use case, NFR, Testing, acceptance) including region specific functionalities.

4.    Participate in the MD analysis, data cleansing requirements and plans for phase 3.

5.    Participate in writing test cases including negative testing, NFR testing and specification of test data.

6.    Start configuration/administration training on the required specific platforms.


Requirements:

1.    Analysis modeling: UML v2, Use Cases, Able to write specifications and technical documents.

2.    Dev platform: Java, JavaScript.

3.    Biz Process modeling: BPMN, BPEL.

4.    Formats: XML, XSD, DTD, XSLT.

5.    DB: DB Mngt, SQL.

6.    Reporting: Business Object.

Responsibility:

Providing of VOIP solutions on Access Products (DSLAM & MSAN) with the main responsibility in:

1.     Study the implementation of new features, or extension/adaptation of existing features;

2.     Offline and online testing, automatic test case development;

3.     Regression test on base of BTAF(BBA Test Automation Framework).


Requirement:

1.     Familiar with VOIP network structure, proved good experience in access VOIP gateway.

2.     With following experience, as better as more: H.248, SIP, SDP, DSS1, IUA/SCTP and development experience in VOIP projects.

3.     Good understanding on TCP/IP.

Description

1.Responsible for design and maintenance of below function on newest IP and Broadband products

1)MPLS-TP, preferred with experience with MPLS( all kinds of), also the engineers from Huawei and Hua-3 worked for Switch using Broadcom chip might be good candidates

2)CES (Circuit Emulation), experience with TDM or ETH also considered

3)SyncE/1588 (Synchronous Ethernet, ITU-T G.8262)

3.Responsible for writing technical documents, e.g. Implementation proposal, Design specification, test Specification, and etc.

4.Responsible for coding, unit test, basic integration test of SW functions

Qualifications

1.M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science or telecommunication engineering or related discipline (Masters preferred)

2.Strong C programming skills

3.2 years or above L2/L3 protocol SW development experience in IP and broadband product area

4.RTOS embedded experience (VxWorks, PSOS, Linux OS)

5.Experienced in telecommunication protocols, any of following protocols: TCP/IP stack, SIP, TR069/TR098/TR104, PPP,H.248, 802.1d/1p/1q

6.Good understanding of networking technologies at Layer-2/Layer-3 (e.g., Ethernet switching, bridging, VLAN, IP routing and forwarding)

7.Good Analytic ability and good capacity to structure a problem and gather information

8.Good technical writing, communication skills and high proficiency in English both oral and written

9.Must be self-motivated, good team player; be able to work cohesively within the team and across geographically spread teams to accomplish results
