副词Where、there 已经包含了介词in、to的意思?

副词Where、there 、here已经包含了介词in、to的意思?
Where are you going?  go there.=go to that place.
Where do you live? live here.= live in this place.
但不包括介词from：Where do you come from?
有时为了强调是在说话者所指的一个小的空间范围内，加介词in: in there/here (- inside the bus, etc)
